Windows 10: software licenses regarding windows reset

I purchased an acer nitro 5 laptop like a month ago. it is preloaded with windows home edition, office 360, dts sound unbound, etc.a while back I noticed my DTS was not loading properly, like it doesn't detect my Predator Galea headphones. another problem is that the windows key on the keyboard is not opening the start menu, rather like a play/stop button for youtube video I was playing. I am thinking of factory resetting the laptop, but I got a couple of concern:1. how about the files in other drives? I have installed another nvme and a sata ssd2. If I do a refresh keep my files doe

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

I have looked at the first method you suggested but Microsoft Edge is not featured in the Apps and Features List am I missing something?

If you haven't already, you might see if resetting Microsoft Edge may help fix it.
