Windows 10: Software Lines from Windows Applications cross over into other apps when applications are...

Hello,On my windows 11 Desktop, I've been having an unusual issue in which it seems on any applications there are white lines this is best as I can describe them, as are in different places depending on which application I open specific to the applications. For example, the white lines seem to shift depending on where I am scrolling on the screen. When I'm using Edge, the lines move down and up the screen as if there are certain software elements that are causing it overflow into the application next to it when both are in half screen mode. And to send your recording you can save it or Rt Click and PRINT as a PDF so that anyone can read it

Best results (I've found) is using Microsoft's built in PDF printer
