    How to Create Password Protected Zip Files

    Does anyone know how to create a password protected zip file on WP8.1? I see apps that can create zip files, also open password protected zip files, but not any that can create password protected zip files.

    Used laptop need to remove previous owners account don’t have password

    i bought a laptop from someone and they don’t remember the password to the account. I have no way to contact this person and they said that someone else changed the password. The previous owners account is the administrator and I can not update software
    or do anything other than surf the web with this laptop is there any way to remove the account from the laptop or should I just recycle it and have lost the money i paid for the laptop?

    ms. excel bug? file that protect by password become unprotected file?

    i have ms. excel 2010 document that protected by password, when i send it through e-mail the file become unprotected file, in other name the pass is gone
    is it the bug or i just missed something on that
