Windows 10: Software Reporter Tool.exe

Discus and support Software Reporter Tool.exe in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I run Nortons 365 so do not want to download this software but it is continually trying to instal itself.     I run Nortons 365 so do not want to download this software but it is continually trying to instal itself. How do I stop these attempts to install?

    Disable Snipping Tool

    I have the same problem but could not find Snipping tool.exe in services.msc.

    Hi Nyima,

    Is there a reason that "Snipping tool.exe" might not be listed under Services in the services.msc app? I carefully searched the listed services but could not find that one.

    Many thanks for your reply.

    Do I understand that as long as I continue to use Chrome it will continue to try and be downloaded?

    Does in still cause a conflict with Nortons? If not is the easy answer to install it?

    So far I have not installed it I just get sick of it continually asking to be installed.
