Windows 10: Software to make user image blend into login screen?

I often like to set a nice image for my lock and login screens, and then create a user image from the same background so that the user image blends in seamlessly on the login screen, essentially like the user image isn't even there. Since this involves cropping a circle out of just the right part of the background and then darkening the user image just right, it's a pain and I've only done it a few times.

I very seriously doubt the answer is "Yes", but are there any applications that do this automatically? I can't believe I'm the only person who likes doing this.

BlackBerry Blend and W10 firwall

New user account does not make any difference. As in my regular Microsoft account, as soon as the 'private' firewall is deactivated, Blackberry blend and link will connect.

I would like a basic tutorial taking me step by step through the process of creating a website using Blend 2015 (comes with VS2015 Enterprise). The online help is useless, the tutorial video is nothing more than a walk through features. How do does one get
started?

I have started Blend 2015 , File | New Website. However, there are no templates listed for c#.
