    Software to mute during instances of loud sound


    A few times in this video, there are loud cheering sounds
    METAGAME: MAGFest Preview - YouTube

    Those are the kind of the sounds I'd like the computer to mute during.

    I've tired a program called Soundlock and also windows has its own sound equalization- I've set them both on max setting and ultimately I don't want sound equalization- I just want loud sounds to be muted.

    Sounds like a bad earth in the stereo and or stereo vol to loud when mute is active.

    turn down stereo when on mute.

    Minor issue with audio/video fast forward/backward popping sound on video/music player

    My Lumia 820 produces a loud popping sound when fast-forwarding videos. It happens both during playing streamed and recorded content, and is most audible when sound is muted and the recording played back is loud. I didn't notice this problem in youtube's
    html5 player in IE.
