Windows 10: Software won't load

Discus and support Software won't load in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have a two software packages that won't load on the new Windows 11 laptops I have.     Software won't load


    I have a two software packages that won't load on the new Windows 11 laptops I have. It will load on all the other laptops and desktops in our office but not the two new ones. The setup just fails. I had a Dell laptop that the problem occurred on so I sent it back because I thought it was defective. That cost me about $1,500 in tech support hours. We ended up buying new brand Lenovos and the same problem occurred. We have tried everything we could think of. Initially we were able to get the prior years of the tax software loaded by loading the software before running all the upd

    N97 Bluetooth disappeared, won´t start again

    Today without any reason the Bluetooth disappeared, and it won´t start anymore from the connections menu. Any clue where to start looking. Software V20, and no new update available.
