Windows 10: Solid Colour Freeze when playing CSGO.

This is my first custom built pc, everything was working fine. Web browsing, watching videos. I jumped onto csgo and played a few warm up 1v1s against my friend. But them when we started playing after a couple rounds the screen just went Solid grey. No sound or feedback. Then I rebooted went back on csgo and after 30 seconds it did it again. A good thing to note is that I only have 1 exhaust fan installed atm. But I thought it would be alright for one game. What do i do?

RX 580 Sapphire pulse(Amazon Warehouse, like new)
Gigabyte B450 DS3H
16gb ram
480 ssd

Background change (to picture) results in a solid colour, not an image


As the title suggests I try to change my desktop background and it will not accept the image. It will simply put a solid colour there instead. I have tried from the settings panel and even from the image viewer. The image viewer results in an error and suggests I need to activate Windows. It is activated.

CSGO freezing

Hi,

I've played CSGO for 6 years with no performance issues. However after a year break from the game, I started playing again about 3 months ago. From that point I've been getting 5 second freezes in game once or twice a game. I can't bring up task manager
quick enough to find out what is causing it but I did a fresh windows install and are still getting the freezes without any other 3rd party software. After googling I've noticed many other people experiencing the same issue but can't find a solution. I often
find windows defender tasks bouncing around the task manager such as anti malware. Is there a way to fully disable all windows defender apps while gaming? Not sure what else to try but it is ruining my #1 past time.

Solid Color Freeze !help!

Very often my PC freezes whit a solid color, it can be:blue,red,yellow,gray,white

it deppens of background for example on google it will be white

My PC freezes whit a solid color

I cant see anything

And i cant click

if there is music in the background

it will start repeating on certain point

Often it heppends when im playing games

Can someone help?
