Windows 10: Solidworks File Preview in file Explorer not visable

Hi AllI have an issue with Solidworks files not showing a preview in file explorer when using OneDrive or Sharepoint, but the same file will show as a preview when saved o Dropbox?This affects 7 people In our R and D team and I have tried everything on the Solidworks support pages to no avail. The Team all uses Windows 10 with a mix of devices.Any ThoughtsThanks

Hi

I have a network drive plugged into my router. It is visable in windows 7 file explorer, but not visable in windows 10 file explorer. What do I have to do to get to my files when using windows 10? With windows 7, I plugged it in and it was visable and I
did not have to do anything.

  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.

Setting the Preview pane to show or hide in File Explorer will apply to all folders. If you wish to hide the Preview pane in File Explorer, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Open File Explorer.
• Tap on View tab.
• Click Preview Pane to view/hide it.
