Windows 10: Solitaire & Causal games shows error code 101.

The Solitaire & Casual Games used to work but it stopped. I uninstalled, then used the Microsoft store to re-install. Now I get error code 101 all the time.I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, disabled AV & firewall, but there is no change. I have cleared the cache or reset the game but still no help.

Microsoft solitaire collection error code 104 then 101 on startup

I went to open the microsoft solitaire collection app and got an error message saying "There was a problem downloading game data for Solitaire, Please check the Solitaire FAQ at https://aka.ms/mssolitairefaq and refer to error code 104. The link was broken
so I tried to find a solution online, followed the instructions on troubleshooting guides, checked the game, the microsoft store, and my computer for updates, unistalled and reinstalled the game twice, and reset the game and all that has changed is that now
the error code is 101 instead of 104

I just received error code 101 and cannot enter the solitaire program.
