Windows 10: Solitaire Collection will not load on Win 10. Loading screen just flashes on and off.

A couple of days ago the Solitaire Collection on my Win 10 PC stopped loading. When I click on the app to run it, all I get is the 'Loading' screen that just flashes on and of.I have tried what I believe to be the usual fixes like doing a Reset and re-installing the software.

Have the same problem with Solitaire not loading since a forced upgrade of WIN 10. Help guy said to re-load the Solitaire collection BUT will that erase my current score of 7,960,000? Just when all is working great, MS has to go and 'upgrade' and poof
it all goes to bell.
