Windows 10: Solitaire Premium Edition - Yearly Subscription has stopped loading

I am no longer able to play this game that I pay for. It will not load and I have uninstalled/re-installed it. Tried all trouble shoots and still it is hanging in loading. It was modified by MS the day the issue started....please FIX THIS or refund me!!! I have just past the 6 months of this subscription!

Refund due for Solitaire Premium Edition.

I cancelled my subscription on 05/09/2023. Received acknowledgement of same. However, my bank account was debited on 05/09/2023 for another year. I had not received any emails prior letting me know the subscription was expiring. Since my cancellation was successful a refund is due me.

Premium edition of Microsoft Solitaire collection shows subscription expired

purchased a year subscription for premium edition at the end of July this year and now it says subscription has expired. Free help has been useless.
