Windows 10: Solution to screen lock problem

Numerous threads in regards to the issue of screen lock and not being able to disable it.I too had this issue and I change registry values and every conceivable setting and still Windows 11 would put me in screen lock and I had to re-enter my pin.The problem is not in Windows 11 but rather something called "proximity sensor" which all hardware vendors now enable by default HP, Lenovo, etc. In Lenovo you need to go into Lenovo Vantage and then into Smart Assist and disable "Zero Touch Lock". Your screen will not get locked every 1-3 minutes when you step away.* Moved from Com

Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!

You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen

 

Windows Spotlight lock screen is stuck with dark screen since tried this Microsoft solution:

My lock screen was stuck for months with the same picture,

I just searched for a solution and found here - Windows Spotlight lock screen is stuck on the same picture!

After I did all steps as suggested, I now have a black screen when Windows is loaded (before entering the password).

Please help me to solve this problem, black-dark screen is not nice at all.
