Windows 10: Solution to Some Apps Open with White Screen

Hello Everybody


I read in some Posts that People have Problems with some Apps Starting with White Screen

I found a Solution and wanted to Post it to some of the Threads but they where all Locked


So Here is my Solution

I did an Uninstall of the Graphic Adapter

Restarted the PC

Then Went to the Device Manager to the Graphic Adapter and did Perform an Online Update of the Graphic Adapter.

After it was new installed everything was fine.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

This issue could also be related to
damaged screen. We suggest that you contact your manufacturer to have your computer checked for hardware issues.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
