Windows 10: Solutions for Repetitive Blue Screen Issue + not being able to access recovery mode due to BSOD

I have a HP Victus gaming laptop with windows 11 bought it few months ago, I faced an issue couple of weeks ago, the laptop shut down suddenly and would not startup no matter what.So I took for maintenance still under warranty and they told me that the motherboard need a replacement the name of it is MB DSC PHN21X26GB it was weird to me what lead to this major failure but I did not care and moved on, I got my laptop back it was running smooth, few days ago I was using the laptop normally and once I clicked on the Outlook app to check my emails the system suddenly shuts down and restart, an
