Windows 10: Solve all your Windows Update problems

With the very first creator pack Microsoft took it upon themselves to destroy the manufacturers bios this was an illegal action of theirs against not only the manufacturers but all consumers. Windows might own your OS software but it does not own your hardware and their decision to step beyond their legal rights and destroy what belongs to the manufacturer and the product we purchased from those manufacturers is against the law and far beyond the scope of the contract they force you to sign. They by law stole from all the manfacturors and consumers with this theft, altering the manufacturers bios is theft they do not belong to Microsoft. Possession is nine tenths of the law YOU paid for and OWN your hardware and anything that was created by the manufacturer.


Sue them, sue Microsoft and then maybe they will realize what they cant do and that the consumer is always right. If we say we dont want this they should respect that and privacy is an entitlement in America so that can be a civil court case because they are stealing all of your information with keyloggers that they now have every stroke you ever made which means that they now have all of your passwords for everything, recording your voice without your permission is against the law. Industy perpertrates many crimes on consumers maybe it's time consumers take those crimes to a prosecutor.


If enough of us educate ourselves to know what crimes Microsoft is committing and we actually do something about it , they will stop or they will end , they do these things because we have allowed them too for far too long.


Industry dont care about you so let's show them how that feels.

Windows Update keeps failing!

Hi,

I had once a similar issue like yours, i.e. not able to update Windows 7. What I did to solve the problems is:

- go to control panel, then to "Troubleshouting" > "System and Security" > "Fix problems with Windows update" > click "Advanced" > choose "Apply repairs automatically".

And Windows will start detecting the issues and will repair "Windows update components". The problems should be fixed now, close the program, restart the PC, and see if the mentioned steps have fixed the problems you mentioned.

New install Windows 10 (issue solved)

It's good that you're not experiencing any issues. Unfortunately many folks are, a quick Google search will show the same info im offering the OP.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

keep in mind, as of recently, the FCU is installed on 5% of devices roughly.....

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
