Windows 10: Solve network issue in bluestacks 5

I use bluestacks 5 for playing free fire.. recently I have an issue. when I try to play using wifi or ethernet, match doesn't start. using vpn solves this problem but have huge ping issue. but when I use PPPoE connection,, there is no issue at all.. ping is soo much better.. how to solve the issue for ethernet or wifi??

Netflix not open in bluestacks

Try uninstalling and reinstalling BlueStacks. To do so, follow the instructions below:

Open the Settings app and go to Apps

A list of installed applications will appear. Select BlueStacks from the list and click Uninstall.

Another option is to switch to DirectX

BlueStacks supports both DirectX and OpenGL, and switching to DirectX could solve this bug. To switch to DirectX, follow these steps:

Open BlueStacks.

Click the Menu button in the upper right corner.

Select Settings.

Click on Engine and select DirectX.

Click Restart Now.

As soon as your PC restarts, check if the error still appears.

How do I prevent Bluestacks 5 from constantly stopping microphone use?

   • Click on OK, when you’re finished typing the command.
     
   • The Sound settings window will open up. Here, click on the Recording tab.
     
   • Once the recording tab opens, select the Default microphone device on your system and then click on Properties.
     
   • Click on the Levels tab in the microphone properties.
     
   • Now finally, increase your Microphone levels to 100%. In case you still experience low volume levels after that, increase your Microphone Boost levels as well.
     
   • Click on “OK” or “Apply” to save your changes.
     
2. Check the sound settings in Bluestacks: On the Side toolbar of Bluestacks, click on the volume button. A volume bar will appear. Here, click on the sound icon to unmute all sounds for that particular instance of Bluestacks.
   
3. Update or reinstall Bluestacks: If the issue persists, you might want to consider updating or reinstalling Bluestacks.
   
4. Update Device Drivers: Make sure that your device's audio drivers are up to date. Outdated or corrupted drivers can sometimes cause issues with microphone functionality. You can usually update drivers through the device manager or by visiting the manufacturer's website.

Problem with bluestacks on windows 10

To assist you better, I would like to know; do you get any error message, while trying to run the program?

I would suggest you to uninstall the Bluestack program and try installing it again.

Step 1:

To uninstall follow the steps.

1) Press Windows key + x and select Program and features.

2) Right click on the Bluestack and click on
Uninstall.



Step 2: Install Bluestack application again and check if it helps.
