  1. [SOLVED] Digital Audio Interface Device Keeps Installing and Uninstalling Causing Stutters....

Noticing major stutters on the desktop and in applications, I found the culprit to be a sound device under the Recording tab of Sound Settings. The device's name is Digital Audio Interface. The device will disappear and reappear continuously, even after restart. It may be a corrupt registry. I have tried disabling and uninstalling through the sound settings list and the device manager. I have also tried the troubleshooter here with no luck: Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed. [SOLVED] Based on the information from this post: https://superuser.com/a/1772527, I

  2. Audio stuttering after wake

    Hi, ShimmyW

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Knowing that you have problems with your audio after waking up from sleep, you can try the following suggestions:

    1. Check for Hardware Conflicts:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Expand the “System devices” category.
    • Look for any devices with yellow exclamation marks or error messages.
    • If you find any conflicts, try disabling or uninstalling the conflicting devices.
    2. Test with External Audio Device:

    • Connect an external audio device, such as headphones or speakers, to the computer.
    • If the audio stuttering persists, it suggests a problem with the Realtek audio device or its drivers.
    3. Disable Audio Enhancements:

    • Go to Control Panel > Sound.
    • Select the Realtek audio device as the playback device.
    • Click on the “Properties” button.
    • Go to the “Enhancements” tab.
    • Uncheck all the enhancement options.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Gigabyte support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or replace the audio device if necessary.

  3. Audio stuttering

I could solve my audio stuttering setting the Minimal processor state at 100% in power options.

Since I don't think this is a proper solution I would like to hear some ideas about how can I solve this without keeping my processor at 100% all the time.

    Edit:
Beside the tip about what solved the issue i can tell you that the same happens with more than one interface. Problem persist in my Realtek High Definition Audio onboard interface as well with my MOTU 896 HD firewire interface.

[SOLVED] Digital Audio Interface Device Keeps Installing and Uninstalling Causing Stutters....

No audio device is installed (How to fix?)

Since you uninstalled the Intel Display audio and you no longer have audio, that suggests you are using HDMI (??) If this is the case then the Realtek is not being used and not causing your problem.

First step as mentioned is to reinstall the Intel Display Audio.
