Windows 10: Solved: In the middle of performing a reinstall, and my second monitor isn't working

I'm reinstalling Windows 10 on a laptop. My display is busted, so I have it hooked up to a second monitor via HDMI cable. I went through these instructions. I went through resetting the PC. The computer shut down. I turned it back on. Now, the second monitor isn't working at all, and because of my busted display, I can't see what's happening. It's been about an hour at time of writing. Is this normal? Will it turn on eventually? Or is it waiting for inputs, and I'm just hopelessly screwed?


EDIT: In case anyone else happens to run into this problem, the answer is just be patient. It's not waiting for inputs. It will come up on its own. Just set it to reinstalling before bed and let it run all night. And if you have the Other User problem like I did, hold Shift while you click Restart, and it'll take you to a menu where you can run the reset process again.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Performance Monitor is stuck at collecting data for 60 seconds

Kindly follow the steps below on how you can open the Performance Monitor:

• 
  Click Start , click in the Start Search box, type
  perfmon , and press ENTER.
  
• 
  In the navigation tree, click Monitoring Tools , and then double-click
  Performance Monitor .

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

Managed to solve it... here´s how I did it just in case anyone else has the same problem...

->Settings

->Printers & scanners

->Add a printer or scanner

->The printer that I want isn´t listed

->Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings

->Use an existing port: USB001 (Virtual printer port for USB)

->Choose printer

->Use the driver that is currently installed

->Type printer name

And done... =P
