seems that driver has been preinstalled on my notebook with windows 8.1, am also can't find installer with this version on support site, and on other sites. So you may try to open "Control Panel>System>Device Manager>Network Adapters>Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4
Wireless Network Adapter" pick Driver tab, choose Update after that "Search drivers on this computer" and then Choose driver from list of the installed drivers, and finally at the bottom of the list you may see Atheros driver with version 4.0.0.115.

I have the version 4.0.1.137 driver on my Lenovo Edge-15, with a Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4. Still have similar problems to everyone else here. My download speed is a fraction of what it should be, and the wireless often freezes up and stops working completely.
