Windows 10: [SOLVED] When signing into account on PC Xbox app, login silently fails and keeps asking...

After inputting the password, it says it's going to set up Windows Hello. I know that at this point it should pop up and ask me for my PIN, but it never does. Instead it just goes back to the password screen, endlessly.I can sign in to this account on microsoft.com with no problems.I've tried looking for solutions to this issue, but I only found this post with no solutions:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/cant-sign-in-into-xbox-app/e858f319-8585-4
