Windows 10: Solver not working on Silver Bonus Game

Hello,I have the Silver Bonus Game on Expert - 4 suits for Spider and the solver option is blacked out. Does this mean the deck is unwinnable? Playing off my mobile

Problem with Solitaire and Bonus XP.

Thanks for the suggestions, Paul, I will work my way through them.

For information the problem is not intermittent, it is totally repeatable.

1. Start playing any of the 5 classic Solitaire card games. Each time you complete a board you get awarded a star.
   
2. When you have 3 stars you get a bonus game. Complete that bonus board and you move to the next level, starting with bronze then working through silver gold and diamond.
   
3. When you complete diamond level it applies double XP bonus points to all 5 games and that lasts for almost 7 days.
   
4. If you happen to play again on the same day after the XP bonus points expire you get the behaviour I describe above. Nothing gets rid of it
   
5. Play the next day and everything is back to normal.
   

I have been experiencing this behaviour for some time, originally in Windows 10 and then on a newly built machine with a brand new Windows 11 installation. The only link between the two machines is my Microsoft log in.

Solver Dialog — I accidently clicked “Do not show again” — How do I get the Solver back?

I accidently clicked “Do not show again” in the Solver dialog which appears at the start of a weekly bonus game. I’ve been playing bonus Spider games with the help of the Solver, which is now greyed out at the bottom of the Spider game window.



How do I regain access to the Solver?
