Windows 10: Some Application Display Problem

Starting in October, some application appear this problem.E.g: Visual Studio Installer, Wacom Desktop Center, and my office software kanzi studio.And the problem still exists when I reinstall windows 11.My friend’s computer also had this problem almost at the same time. Her windows version is 10.So I deem maybe this is bug in windows 10/11, and this bug make my work efficiency drop. I need some solution to kill this problem.Here are some screenshots to describe this issue.

Driver and/or display problem (AMD)

Try this:

• Right click on a blank area of your desktop and select "Display Properties"

• Select "Advanced Display Settings"

• Select "Display Adapter Properties"

• Click on "List all Modes"

• Select the preferred display mode. Something with at least 60Hz.

• Then select your setting you want

• See if the option came back

 

Some applications display improperly

I have an RADEON 9600 SERIES video card and a couple of applictions fail to display properly even though I installed the latest drivers and ATI control panel.

The attached jpeg is a screen shot of the opening window for "My Registry Cleaner". The normal display should fill the entire beige colored window with buttons to activate the program. Regardless of the resolution settings, the window is only partially displayed. A few other programs also display improperly but not as badly as this one.

Any suggestions on how to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.

 

4870x2 won't display at 1680x1050 at all!

OK. Now I know what ur problem is. Step by step:
1. Go to Catalyst Control Center
2. Click on the word "Graphic" right on top left corner. It will display drop down menu
3. Click on Display monitor and will see the list of monitor at near bottom
4. Right Click the monitor and select "Configure". It will show up the window
5. There will be 3 option to select. Select the middle one and then click on the tab which show the bar with 15%.
6. Drag the bar to max, and the screen will stretch to the native resolution 1680x1050.
7. Also click the tab with showing RGB drop down list and select the last one (it will change to image quality for pc).
