Windows 10: Some applications have missing buttons that change when mousing over them

Hello,I've been having this issue for a couple weeks now where on a couple of applications the buttons disappear or appear distorted. I've tried a lot of things such as reinstalling display drivers, running DISM & SFC, creating a new user, and just checking small things, but I cannot figure out what is happening. After I made a second user it seemed like the glitch had stopped, but after a couple restarts it was back on that new user. Now I just hop on the one that decides to not distort. It seems like the only two applications affects so far are this CAD program called KCD & Virtual M

Windows 10 mouse button changes

• Did you make any changes on the settings on your PC, particularly with the mouse settings?
• Have you tried plugging the mouse to a different USB port?
• Does it only happen when clicking links, or the left mouse button is completely not functioning at all?
• Have you tried plugging the mouse to a different PC?
• What are the troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

Mouse lag

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue. I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check. Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Mouse and Touchpad Setting in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Change settings as per your requirement; click on Advance mouse options.
• Change settings under Buttons, Points, Pointer options, Wheel.
