    i recently noticed that some apps are just stuck on the loading screen, i wnet into eventviewer and saw KERNELBASE.dll was causing the issue with the error code 0xe06d7363i tried reinstalling windows while choosing the keep all my files and applications option but it didn't work, i also tried replacing it with a version i found online but since it's in system 32 it said i don't have permission to do thatmy guess is that kernelbase.dll got corrupted somehow

    Looking for a screen capture/editor/text/organiser


    Hello
    I'm looking suggestion for an application or software that could
    - Do a screen capture
    - Edit picture with line/text/arrow
    - Have an area to write text comments of the picture (not in the picture)
    - Able to define categories like ex: summer/winter/family
    - Able to organize /Search and display picture with categorie or text tags

    It would be nice if the screen capture is within the application, but it not the screen capture or picture organizer would do the job.

    Any idea or suggestion appreciated

    Drawboard PDF stuck in "loading application"

    I'm also having the same problem. After installing the Windows 10 "anniversary update" (1607) on my Surface Book, Drawboard PDF won't start up. Instead, the program just sits at the "loading application" screen.

    According to the Drawboard PDF forums (https://drawboard.uservoice.com/forums/259661-bugs/suggestions/12850080-stuck-on-loading-application),
    I need to uninstall the application and re-install it. Unfortunately, it came bundled with my Surface Book, so I don't have an application code, so I'd need to pay $10 to get the version of Drawboard PDF that came bundled with my computer. :-(

    I tried the troubleshooting wizard in Windows 10, and it fixed some registry inconsistencies, but Drawboard PDF still doesn't start up. My only antivirus software is Windows Defender, which I'd rather not disable. Others with this problem have tried a
    clean boot, without success.

    Any help would be appreciated.
