Windows 10: Some apps have weird pixeling visual.

I don't know how to describe this but in some apps I use, weird pixels appear. It seems to be reacting to my mouse movement. It sometimes happens when I focus on another window and resets when I click the glitching window. This doesn't appear in any games only some apps like VS Code and Ubisoft Connect.

I actually checked whether my gpu driver is updated or not and it is the latest update right now. Also the glitchy pixel issue has been gone since I restarted the PC earlier and until now it never occured again. Just for that one moment there were a bunch of weird glitchy pixels seen on both my main and second monitor. I tried looking it up on google and found out that it could be artifacting, a visual defect that can occur in a gpu due to a multitude of reasons such as overheating, hardware faults or outdated drivers. But my gpu is pretty new and I still don't understand why this issue would occur in my gpu.

Any other ideas?

dead pixels, every app crashes

I suggest take it to the retailer for proper assessment as soon as possible.

There are several troubleshooting steps for the instability issues (suspecting a faulty SD memory card) but the phone need official evaluation of the dead pixels.

Weird visual glitch in apps

As you can see in the picture below I've been having this weird visual glitch that only happens certain apps like in this example in Visual Studio Code but also in the Discord PTB and I've tried everything updated my graphics drivers, rolled them back to
updates when I didn't have that visual glitch and also tried around with Windows settings but I can't seem to figure out what it is. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks to everybody who is willing to help me solve this problem.
