Windows 10: Some apps in the store keep appearing in the update list - even when there is no real update

Hello!


Since some time 6 month, 1 year? a certain number of apps always appear in the list of app that have to be updated.

e.g. Hub, Sticky Notes, Xbox comp. etc.

If I click to update them, either there is an error message, or they "update", but in that case it's clear that only some hundreds of kb are downloaded not mb, as usual and then the date of update is still an old one -> I'm almost sure there is in fact no real update.

It seems Microsoft Store "believes" that these app need an update, but there is no one, as if some database was not correctly updated.

It's difficult to explain English is not my mother tongue... Hope someone can understand the problem.

I have used the Microsoft Store repair tool with no effect. I've made a clean install of my "user account" with no effect neither. The problem is present on several computers.

There is also suppose to be new leaked 10.10 drivers. But I'm not sure if they will work with existing cards. It appears this drivers is specific for the 6800 series.

 

App updates and store

Are there any further updates on this? I still have it in my store app on both desktops, Surface laptop, and 950 XL mobile. As has been suggested by others, I know I can reset my devices and restore with a backup, but that's not a real solution for my four
devices.
