Windows 10: Some apps, notably store's login feature, cannot detect internet connection.

I am having some trouble with microsoft store on Windows 11. I can browse apps in the store, but when I try to log in, I get an error "You'll need the Interent for this.It doesn't look like you're connected to the Internet. Apps from Windows store 10 do not connect to internet

• Are you able to connect to internet and browse?
  
• Is this issue specific to Windows Store apps?
  
• Are you facing this issue in Local account or Microsoft account?

Step 1: If installed from the Windows store try to run a
Windows Store app troubleshooter and check.

Step 2: Run inbuilt Internet connection troubleshooter
and Network Adapter troubleshooter

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter
  
• Also run the Network Adapter troubleshooter and check if the issue resolves.

Can't get internet connection to an app, or to the Store

Error code 0x8000FFFF can be caused by a corrupt installation. We suggest that you reset your Windows store by following these steps:

• Type in Settings in Cortana.
• Click on System.
• Select Apps & features.
• Locate and click Store.
• Click on Advanced options.
• Click on Reset.

Once done with the reset, download the desired application and test if working.

Internet explorer, Windows app store does not connect to internet.

• Which is the build currently installed on the computer?
• Did you receive any error message?
• Did you install any third party security application?
• Did you setup proxy?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to reset Internet Explorer as the Windows store and apps utilizes the settings from Internet Explorer.
