Windows 10: some apps won't start in foreground Windows 11

Discus and support some apps won't start in foreground Windows 11 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have this problem for almost half a year now, at first i just doesn't really concern since it just some app that don't really need much attention....     some apps won't start in foreground Windows 11


    I have this problem for almost half a year now, at first i just doesn't really concern since it just some app that don't really need much attention. but now that i have time I clean install my windows so maybe to just clear this problem but instead it's not. Usually it's the exe file, example is game launcher, program installer I have picture of it. It started in background process for sure but not in foreground.

    A program won't come to the foreground (Windows 10)

    I have a program (QGIS, which uses QT5) that will not come to the foreground. It starts maximized (that's fine) but it stays behind all my other programs. It can be focused, and I can work in QGIS, but any non-minimized programs stay in front of it.

    I have tried the AutoHotKey script suggested in an answer in this post:
    Program windows won't come to foreground when selected in Windows 8.1 but it didn't help.

    Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

    After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

    some apps won't start in foreground Windows 11

    An app is suddenly running in background instead of foreground as it should

    I run Windows 10.

    When I tried to start an app it suddenly started to run in the background instead of foreground as it should, as seen in the Taskmanager.

    It is an "external" app and is thus not listed in the Settings-privacy- background apps list

    I want to force it back to run as foreground app again.

    Is it possible?
