    For us to isolate the issue with your external fan, please provide the following information:

    • When did the issue start?
    • Have you tried connecting other USB external devices to your laptop? If yes, what was the result?
    • Have you tried connecting your external fan to another computer?

    "Cool Tiles": can't uninstall

    Since installing Cool Tiles, I have benn unable to > find how to restore hidden/unused apps

    > change ANY settings, including notifications

    > find, manufacture, or otherwise restore a list of All Apps

    > UNINSTALL COOL TILES COMPLETELY so I actually control my phone, find my myriad MIA apps, restore my screens and settings, and receive such things as receive messages and phone calls and reminders and emails and such.

    WHAT IS THE SECRET FOR KILLING COOL TILES SO I CAN HAVE MY PHONE BACK????

    Search is not showing some things: I noticed today that when I search on windows 10 for example, Better Discord or Ds4 it used to show up with the app and I could open it and run it, but now even though they are both still on my system they don't show up when I search and only show web results instead....
