Windows 10: some devices are reporting as '#' instead of proper device name in intune reporting

Hi Team, When we are pulling Wufb report windows 11 readiness report, we are seeing several devices with '#' value instead of proper device name. If we search the AzureADDeviceId in Intune, it shows the device name. how can we fix this issue? currently the devices in our infra is with Windows 10 22H2 version. Any suggestion or fix on this problem is highly appreciated.

Intune device issue

Hello,

has anyone experienced an issue where a device in intune has had a "fresh start" however it didn't actually do anything and has removed the device from intune? The device has no local admin account and cannot be managed in intune anymore with things locked down such as re-installing windows or resetting the device. Any suggestions besides swapping out the drive?

Enrolling Android Device in Intune - Google Account?

After doing my own research it appears this depends on what kind of Android device you want to enroll. Starting with:

• Set up Android Enterprise work profile enrollments
• Set up Android Enterprise dedicated device enrollments
• Set up Android Enterprise fully managed enrollments

In my case, I wanted to enroll a fully-managed device:

Enroll Android Enterprise dedicated, fully managed, or corporate-owned work profile devices in Intune - Microsoft Intune | Microsoft Learn

According to the above documentation:

*Admins or users are to: (5) On the Google sign-in screen, enter afw#setup instead of a Gmail account, and then choose
NEXT.*

The next step is to scan or input the Android enrollment token - Intune blade (Azure portal) > Device enrollment - Android enrollment > Android enrollment (under Manage) > Corporate-owned, fully managed user devices (Preview)

 

Activity Reporting error non-existent device

I understand that a non-existent device is showing in the activity reporting. As you have mentioned that you have removed the device from Manage device limits for all family accounts, I suggest you to try removing the device from the child account
and check if that helps. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Login to
   https://login.live.com with the child account.
   
2. Click on Devices.
   
3. Click on show details for the device that is non-existing.
   
4. Click on More actions.
   
5. Click on Remove PC.
   
6. Click on I’m ready to remove this PC and click on
   Remove.
