Windows 10: Some drivers blocked by windows security

HI I was wondering if I could ask a question. When I went into system information I had a couple things that were off or not enabledKernel Dma protection is offvurtiilaztion security is not enabled.secuso I went into windows and clicked on device security and then I cliked on core isolation and then I went down to memory integiry and pushed the white quire with a black circle and pushed it to on. when I did this then a security pop came up asking me to say ys or no so I said yes. Then a blue circle was spinning saying checking for incompatible drivers after the scan a blue link appeared rev

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.
