Windows 10: Some errors with my pc, bluescreen with rtf64x64.sys error, hundreds rundll32.exe tasks...

As month ago, I started getting bluescreens everytime I open my pc its a good one and new pc, and recently rebooted. Every time it gets the bluescreen on start, then it restarts and opens correctly. Also I started noticing that the task manager is low, opens in 5 to 10 seconds, and sometimes has rundll32.exe like 100 tasks open, I have a i9-13900k, and a 4070, with 2T of memory, and 32 ram its a good pc but something happens, also nvidia geforce not working, it says something like error 0003 I don't remember, I'm with windows 11.I runned scf scan, dsim or something like that, antivirus, safe m

Im Getting "a new guard page for the stack cannot be created" Error While Zooming a JPEG in Windows Photo Viewer. Sometimes When Pressing Arrow Keys To View Next Photos. But Its Only Happening If There are RAW Files With Same Name. And Error Shows Faster When Adobe Photoshop is Running in The Background. Maybe Something Wrong With The Ram Memory Allocation?

This is caused by an entry in your Startup processes:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys together to open Task Manager
• On the Startup Tab look for anything relating to this file (rundll32.exe)
• If you find something related, select it and click 'Disable'

If you did not find it there:

• Press Windows + R keys together to open the Run Dialog
• Type msconfig in the run dialog and hit enter
• Click on the Services Tab of the resulting dialog
• Check the box marked 'Hide all Microsoft Services'
• Look for anything relating to this file (rundll32.exe)
• If you find it, uncheck it
• Click Apply and Reboot
