Windows 10: Some Icons appear smaller than others.

Hello,I've been having this issue of having icon image size staying normal and then suddenly one day it decides to shrink or minimize itself.I've searched about it online but nothing fixed it for me.. I know it's not lower quality icons but still it refuses to go full Screen as It was normal one day and then reduced the next like I said above.Above Picture was taken online from another User friend of mine.I would really appreciate all help I can get.Thank you in advance for reading!

Techpowerup bookmark icon in firefox?

changed the favicon for the forum
uploaded a new smaller (bytes) icon for the main site
added html code to suggest the icon to browsers

but i still cant get it to show up in firefox favourites

Got it, thanks. Now, if that's the case, then kindly complete the steps below.

1. Try to follow the steps in the link below.

2. If the issue persists, then try to manually replace those affected icons.

2.1. Right-click on an icon > select "Open file location". Leave the File Explorer window for now & proceed to step 2.2 below.

2.2. Right-click on the same icon > select "Delete"

2.3. Then, go back to the File Explorer in step 2.1 > Right-click on the program's EXE file > select "Send to > Desktop (create shortcut)" to generate back the same icon.

2.4. If the issue is resolved, then repeat steps 2.1 to 2.3 until all icons are replaced.

3. If the issue is not resolved, then I'd suggest recreating your User Profile as per below.

Converted Icon Appears Smaller on TaskBar

I'm building a C# winforms app.I have converted a PNG Image to an icon and set it as the form icon.But the newly created icon appears smaller on the task bar when compared to other icons.The icon i'm talking about is the one on the right most corner in the image below.





The icon can be downloaded from File upload and sharing. Large file transfers. Free online cloud storage.
I have created the icon from a Bitmap using this online service ICO Convert - Create Icons From PNG & JPG Images Online

What seems to be the issue,Please advice.
