Windows 10: some important settings are not working

some of my apps are not working and i need to go into these specific parts of settings to reslove the issue however i cant because when i click on them for example i want to go onto advanced system settings but whenever i click it it doesnt open anything and when i click again it makes that error sound everytime then i have to close settings and re open it because i cant click anything and i cant reset my system because the same thing happens when i try to reset my system aswell please help

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Edge Import Bookmarks from Chrome does not work

To resolve your issue with Microsoft Edge, we suggest that you clear your browsing data. Please follow the steps below:

• Click on the 3 dots at the upper right corner of Edge.
• Go to Settings.
• Go to Clear browsing data.
• Click on Choose what to clear > Clear.
• Try to import your bookmarks from Chrome to Microsoft Edge.
