Windows 10: Some key in my keyboard such as Q,W,ER,T,Y,U,I,O,P are not working. Pls help me

q w e r u i o p keys working strangely

Hi there.

I have a laptop dell Inspiron 5577 and I'm having the trouble with q w e r u i o p keys on my keyboard. Sometimes it's working perfectly and sometimes it's just lagging (when i press them once they're not working, but when i spam them they're starting working for some time). I also send the video when u can see that situation (actually it was almost not working, but after some time it worked perfectly for like a hour). Please can u help me?

keypad keys like p,I,u,e,w not working

Hii guys

My laptop's keypad keys like

P, o, I, u, r, e, w, q, h, g, ,alt key, esc key not working

And this is happening in windows 10

Also this is not a hardware issue as I have tried external keyboard .

Plzzz help meee I got frustrated with this

 

Keyboard keys switched


After the latest windows insider update some keys on my keyboard have changed. For example " is now @ and the opposite as well. Meaning if I want the @ key as in a email address, I must push the " key. I cant seem to find a way to reset to default. The normal keyboard default does nothing. The other changes are listed below, the errors are in bold red;
