Windows 10: Some keys not working after removing a single key

when i turn on my laptop it goes straight to bios and it lags as if the f10 key is being pressed down. so what i do is when i turn my laptop on i just keep pressing f12 so when it enters bios it wont lag and i exit without saving and the it works fine. but it gets annoying do it everytime so i tried cleaning behind the f10 key but it didnt work. so i planned to change the whole keyboard but before i do change it what i did is permanently disable the f10 key first and see if it works so i cut the connection under the key with a cutter placed the rubber and key back and viola! it doesnt go to

Can NOT remove ATITool registry key!

It's low priority to stop ATITool from making undeletable class keys in the reigstry?

That's about one rung above spyware.

What bothers me most is that I'm pretty sure you can't protect a registry key by any simple means, something must still be running somewhat that is protecting that key. Even after I manually removed the service. That's what bothers me.

Funny part all the keys work out of the box with Linux Mint, go figure.

Tried the one on softpedia, doesn't seem to work.

Any other model that I can take it from?
