Windows 10: Some keys not working in lenovo ideapad z500 laptop

hi eveyonesome keys not working in my laptop name is in the titlethese are the keys in my internal laptop not workingt,y,z,x,c,v keys not working in my laptop keyboard also some function keys tab caps lock shift ctrl alt and few numbers also not working.laptop is lenovo ideapad z500I did all the methods in the internet and other youtube videos but nothing worked I saw almost 15 to 30 videos but nothing worked including drivers and some other tingthere is no hardware problem also

Let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps in resolving the issue. Follow the below methods.

Method 1

I recommend you to uninstall/reinstall the display adapter driver and check. Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for display adapter and click on it to expand.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and click on
  uninstall.
  
• 
  Once you are done uninstalling the driver, restart the computer. It will automatically install the generic display adapter driver.
  

If this doesn’t help to fix the issue. I suggest you to update the display adapter driver. Skip step3 from the above steps and right click on the
device and click on update.

Method 2.

If the above method did not help to fix the issue, I would suggest you to
go to the computer manufacturer website and download the latest display adapter driver. If the display driver is not available for Windows 10, try installing the updated available driver in compatibility mode and check.

  Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties.

  Select Compatibility tab.

You can also go to the NVIDIA website and click on AUTO DETECT YOUR GPU, it will automatically detect the updated driver.

At this situation, the best what I can suggest you is go to the below link computer manufacturer website, download all the updated devices driver and install the same in compatibility mode by following my first response.

If that does not help, you have to contact the computer manufacturer since they are responsible to release updated devices driver for the computer to make it compatible with Windows 10. As you see on the website there is no driver available for Windows
10. All we can offer is to install the old driver in compatibility mode.
