Windows 10: Some keys not working on Microsoft Sculpt Keyboard

Recently several keys stopped working on my Microsoft Sculpt keyboard. The affected keys are grouped together which makes me think it might be a hardware problem but thought it would be good to check in case there is another solution.The affected keys are r, f, g, v and b. All other keys work fine.I have tried the keyboard on 2 pcs, one with windows 10 and one with windows 11 with the same outcome on each.While I love the keyboard as it is so comfortable to use this is the 3rd time I have encountered the same issue with this keyboard so I'm beginning to think it's a flaw. Microsoft Sculpt Mobile Keyboard Pictured

Powered by two AAA-size batteries, the Sclupt Mobile can work up to 5 months with typical usage before needing a battery replacement. It can maintain a range of 10 meters with its included USB Bluetooth dongle, which can vary, if using the tablet's in-built Bluetooth transceiver. Slated for November 2, the Sculpt Mobile is expected to be priced at 4,935 JPY (US $63).

Sculpt Comfort Keyboard not registering 1st keystroke

Hello Kit,

An outdated or incompatible driver can be one of the possible factors why this issue occurs. That being said, I suggest you to Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
and check. Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

1. Press Windows key + S on your keyboard.
2. Type Troubleshoot and hit
   Enter.
3. Click on Hardware and Devices.
4. Run the troubleshooter and follow the on-screen prompt.

Sculpt keyboard key issue, deassembly

I have a sculpt keyboard which I quite like. Unfortunately the g key has started not working consistently. I can't be sure, but with other keyboards, taking the cover off and removing debris would resolve the issue. How can I take the keyboard apart, at
least enough to get underneath the keys? Also, I was searching for a proper forum for this and could not find a Microsoft hardware forum, there must be one, any suggestions?
