Windows 10: Some keys not working

Hi everyonemy dell Laptop's Keyboard is not working on certain keys which are " T Y CAPS LEFT-SHIFT TAB BACKSPACE", I searched for more than 20 hours and found out that alot of people have had the exact same problem on their laptops, I wanna know if it could be some virus or something, I've noticed the problem when I installed steam I don't know if it is relevant, I tried everything on the web but no luck, even removed the keyboard physically and cleaning it up twice but the same problem remain, tried to tybe in bios but the keys not working either, however when I press the power button the C

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:
