Windows 10: some keys not working

i have an asus viviobook laptop . i use its inbuild keyboard recently after udating to windiw 11 some keys such as 5, p do not work and some keys such as c ctrl shift space bar and touchad do not the virtual keybard works fine . i have tried runnung system troubleshoot unistalling and reinstalling keyboard drive but nothing works

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

The f1 key and the f2 key do not work
