Windows 10: Some keys on my keyboard does not work

Hi, yesterday I got a new update from Windows update with the option to receive updates as soon as they're available turned on and the problem is I am unsure if the update is what caused some of my keys to cease to function. As soon as I finished updating I played some games and I noticed that some of the keys I use a lot stopped working. I tried typing on my physical keyboard on my laptop "Grave" and "Z" but they did not work. I tried using the function key on my keyboard to change the volume and brightness but it did not work as well. I'm not sure why 3 of my keys which are "Grave", "Z", and

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
