Some keys on my laptop are not working why is this happening

Caps lock, num lk and prt sc indicator

Hello, every time I press the num lk key, caps lock key or the prt sc key an indicator pops up and says: caps lock: enabled, num lk: disabled etc.

I have screanshots, they are in hebrew, but the translation is: enabled, disabled. I would realy like to turn it of, it is very anoying and disturbing, and I can't find the setting responsible for it.

I bought a wireless Logitech K800 Keyboard and I use Windows 10 Pro 64 bits
1) It seems the Caps lock does not work (and the Nums lock key neither !
Is the re a wa y to fix it ?

2) Contrary to the "old" keyboards, there is no visual indicator of the status of these keys ! Is the re a way (a 3rd party sof wa re ?) to display something on the screen when these keys will be active ?

Thanks, Dave. It's a Dell Latitude laptop, along with an additional Dell keyboard and monitor. However, I still see on-screen displays for key presses (like Num Lock or Caps Lock) even when I'm not using the extra monitor or keyboard.
