Some keys on my laptop keyboards are not working namely backspace and space. I have tried to troubleshoot the keyboard, check for driver updates, nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

My laptops backspace key is not working

My laptops backspace key stopped working about a week back. I have a Windows 10 operating system installed on my laptop which came with the laptop. At first I performed uninstalling the keyboard driver but when it did not help I performed a factory reset
on it. Issue on the backspace key resolved for a while and the issue started again. I performed a factory reset again but this time the issue is not fixed. All other keys are working fine except for the backspace key. Also I am noticing that along with the
the issue with backspace key, touch pad curser is freezing at times and I have to press the windows key to unfreeze it. Please assist in resolving this issue.

 

Only space bar, backspace, and enter keys work

Hey all, I turned on my PC this afternoon and I was unable to login, as only the space bar, backspace, and enter keys worked. I tried on 3 different keyboards and got the same problem. I can't login to see if there is an issue in settings and I have no
idea what to do. Anyone else having this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Keyboard issue on space bar and backspace

I am having trouble with my space bar. Instead of doing a space it types letters. Backspace key brings up a project mode and the volume control icon. When I turn airplane mode on the problem disappears and keyboard works fine. Could this be a virus of some
kind.
