  1. Some Microsoft apps randomly pause any background sound I'm listening to

Hi,I have recently noticed that when I'm using some Microsoft apps such as Mail, Calendar, and system settings, they randomly pause any background sound I'm listening to... For example, when I'm listening to music on Spotify, or on Youtube. Is there any way to fix this? It's frustrating because I cannot listen to music properly while I'm writing an email, for example.I have Windows 11 22000.795, connected to a Bose QuietComfort 45.Thank you in advance!

    :)

  2. Sound Randomly Turns Off

I'm having a problem where the sound in my Win 10 computer randomly stops and then randomly goes back on. When it happens, it basically pauses anything that plays sound. When I try to click play nothing happens and everything can randomly comes back on,
sometimes taking 15 mins. Its a huge problem so if anyone has an idea, im open to suggestions.

    Thanks for you help!

  3. Background applications

    Hi Robert,

We understand that you don't want some apps to run on the background of your computer. What we suggest is to
control which apps are allowed to run in the background. To see which apps have permission, just follow the below steps:

    • Open the Start menu or Start screen and select “Settings.”
    • Click or tap the “Privacy” icon in the Settings.
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the list and select “Background apps.”
    • You’ll see a list of apps that have permission to run in the background with an “On/Off” toggle.
Just bear in mind that, apps normally run in the background to update their live tiles, download new data, and receive notifications. If you want an app to continue performing these functions, you should allow it to continue running in
    the background.

Feel free to update us with the results.
