Windows 10: Some of my keyboard keys have suddenly stopped responding after a windows update, how do i...

These keys are the: w, a, both ctrl, both shift, caps lock, tab, both alt, 1, 2, and 3 keys. The latest update i had was the 24H2 update. I have already tried restarting, updating keyboard drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling keyboard drivers, did the registry edit trick some people do, but none of them work

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?

Sometimes my keyboard plays up. It's been happening for a couple of days now. Sometimes, the keyboard stops responding and I have to re-insert it or it locks onto one key like thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis.

Any suggestions? I've tried troubleshooting the device but the results say that the keyboard could have simply stopped responding. It also is not affected by the ASUS Smart Gesture settings.
