Windows 10: Some of my keys are not working

Hello, I noticed something was wrong on my keyboard a few months before but i dont mind it since its not really a big problem but recently im getting so annoyed when some of my keys are not working most notably "2", "esc" i dont know why maybe beacause i use that keys pretty often but they dont work sometimes, i tried resolving it by reinstalling keyboard driver, searched if theres hardware damage but there was nothing. But i can type them using FN ex. FN+2 but i cant make them function individualy sometimes this pose a huge problem when im writing essays, typing passwords, or even playing

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

The f1 key and the f2 key do not work
