Windows 10: Some of my Windows Store apps won't install and have ceased functioning. 0x87af0813.

I'm getting this error code when I try to reinstall them 0x87af0813. I'm on Developer build 25997.1010 and the Windows Store Trouble Shooter isn't available in this build.

Windows Store Error Code 0x87AF0813

No matter the app, get error code 0x87AF0813 when trying to install an app. from the store. Please help!

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Refer to the below link:

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
