    so i bought a new keyboard and some keys aren't working properly. I'm using an on-screen keyboard rn for typing cause i don't know how to fix it. i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard, i have the latest windows update, i did the registry edit, the keyboard is new, there's no troubleshoot options for the keyboard, restarted my pc for every time i change something, did the fn + win thing no luck, device drivers are already updated, turned-off the fast start-up, did the SFC runi don't know what i'm doing wrong. please help this is driving me insane.

    Some keys like t,y,backspace, shift, caps lock on the left, numlock not working.

    i am running win8.1 and i cant use the keyboard troubleshooter as i saw in other forums
