    Doesn't make sense to me why this happens. I'm using Windows 10 Home on a laptop, so why would it think I'm in an organization? I've tried messing with the Registry Editor, but no luck. I set "AllowTelemetry" in HKEY_LOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Widnows\DataCollection to 3, but it doesn't let me enable telemetry. Even trying the Settings page, it only seems to let me enable optional data which even that gets turned back off when I leave the page and come back. Trying to install the Group Policy Editor from a third party also didn't let me even access that in the Administrative Defaults.

    Thank you for the link. I was able to set my Diagnostics Data to Full by using gpedit.msc. But I still am not able to get rid of "Some settings are hidden or managed bu your organization."

    Any advise?

    The problem is that the message "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization"
    appears on the "Feedback & diagnostics" page as well :-(
